The advance payment
To confirm your reservation 30% of the total amount should be deposited into our bank account within 7 days of your confirmation. If this amount is not on our bank account after 7 days, the reservation will be considered as unconfirmed. By executing the advance payment  you  agree with our general conditions.

The payment of the remaining amount
The remaining balance must be deposited into our account 6 weeks before the first day of your stay.
When the reservation is made less than 6 weeks before the first day of your stay, the whole amount (100%) must be transferred.

The cancellation conditions
Every cancellation must be immediately announced to [email protected] immediately.

If this cancellation reaches us:

  • More than 12 weeks before the first day of your stay: the advance payment will be reimbursed, withholding 50 euro for administration costs.
  • Between 12 and 8 weeks before the first day of your stay: payment of 30% of the total amount remains chargeable.
  • Between 8 and 6 weeks before the first day of your stay: payment of 50% of the total amount remains chargeable.
  • Less than 6 weeks before the first day of your stay: payment of 100% of the total amount remains chargeable.

Every interruption of shortening of your stay, or by a no-show for whatever reason, gives no right to any kind of refund.

We offer no cancellation insurance. Therefore we recommend you to to take out a cancellation insurance with your bank or insurance company.
